  • All exterior walls (besides kitchen and bathroom) were insulated with Air Krete Insulation by West Coast Insulation, Inc. Air Krete is mold proof, rodent proof, Class A fire rated and does not off-gas harmful chemicals into the air.   • The attic (besides kitchen and bathroom areas) was insulated by West Coast Insulation, Inc. with R-30 value blow in fiberglass insulation. Blow in fiberglass does not off-gas formaldehyde like regular batt fiberglass because it does not require a binder when used in blow-in form.
