I know the previous owners of the home and am familiar with a number of major issues they had with the home prior to going into foreclosure.
Because it is now bank owned, the bank does not have to do any inspections or disclose anything about the property, however, if you are thinking of bidding on this property during their 3 day auction, I would highly suggest you do your due diligence as there are some extremely hazardous electrical issues as well as issues with the roof and furnace - FYI.
